Ann Nadeau helps organizations grow with purpose, performance, and people at the center. A seasoned executive and certified leadership coach, she brings over two decades of experience leading growth, change, and cultural transformation.
As former Chief People & Purpose Officer at Great Place to Work®, Ann helped shape the global workplace movement celebrating and building high-trust, high-performing cultures. Today, through her boutique consultancy, she partners with small and mid-sized businesses to design scalable, human-centered people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and recognition — including strategic support for SMBs seeking Great Place to Work Certification.
Outside of work, Ann serves as a volunteer leadership coach with United World Coaches and finds joy (and sometimes pain!) tending her family’s tiny apple orchard in Sebastopol, California.
